Open the Heart for No Reason - Day 10 & 11

Bridgehouse in Weaving

· Berenika's Reflections,The Seed Bridgehouse

Long Walk. Encounter with a Horse. With Dogs. With Birds. With Humans that stop and open their Heart to Me for No Reason. All in the middle of a pretty vast empty countryside where I walk with No Expectation.

Saturday. I am tired. I want to sleep in and I can't. I wake up in a slight undercurrent emotion, I name it, I communicate it. Yet the swampiness lasts and seeps my day. In the evening I realise I could have asked for possibilities. I could have asked. I have a Team now.

We are doing 3-3-3 of Anger together daily. That brings me so much joy. Face of Ewa before and after anger, her muscles relaxed, her force shining through.

I am on the guard not to enter the Hype, the Excitement (mixed joy and fear) about What are We Here For. I feel this hype re-creates Patriarchy as an opposite to Regeneration. I want to create out of Feelings. Create more with Sadness and Fear, and feel the Joy coming from that. Use Anger just to create a safe and strong structure to hold all that.

Sadness Club. Regeneration starts with Sadness and Mourning of all that is Lost. We are creating a Sadness Club in the Seed Bridgehouse.

How can I create a New Culture if I cannot be compassionate towards Me and You?

Come back to Here and Now. How is the Regeneration created Here and Now?

Ewa sings by the fire, we join:

“You think you own whatever land you land on

The Earth is just a dead thing you can claim

But I know every rock and tree and creature

Has a life, has a spirit, has a name

You think the only people who are people

Are the people who look and think like you

But if you walk the footsteps of a stranger

You'll learn things you never knew, you never knew

Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon?

Or asked the grinning bobcat why he grinned?

Can you sing with all the voices of the mountain?

Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?

Can you paint with all the colors of the wind?”
