Do nothing
I still hear those words in my head
Do nothing
My head joint relaxes, my spine gets longer by my just allowing it to drop, muscles let go
Do nothing
What is the way to move my body that is about Love?
How can I allow movement that is gentle yet precise and impactful?
We are trotting through a frosty forest like a breeze that moves gently without force
We are dancing with swords in a deserted parking lot. Each person moving with their own inner song, feeling like one organism
My hands against the wall, I push but I do not struggle. A deep voice arises
Back to the basic
Down the bones
Down to the earth
And starting over from there
Again and again
Do nothing
Brushing teeth can be a love song
Lifting a chair an intimate interaction between me and the object I am lifting
Clarity and flow - a pair of dancing lovers - their movement carries me gracefully from one moment to another in a loving presence
Allowing not doing
Like iceskating the world
Do nothing
Come back
