Morning Check-In. Creating Containers.
The day of the house preparations. Cleaning, organising, assembling, disassembling.
Swimming pool joy. Body is stressed at first. Water is too cold after a hot shower. Box is refusing. Being wants to relax into it. Slowing Down. The sun is coming up. I let the water relax me.
Coming back home walking and feeling Awe. Getting wet by the rain.

Time. What is time? How can we challenge what we think is time to be more supportive to our purpose?
How can we break or rather flower our heart open over and over again? How can we build trust amid our survival strategies? How can we relax into what is with compassion?
Why do people live separately in modern culture? Because it’s easier? Do we want easier?
I struggle with the Rescuer tendencies that come up when tension is in the space. It is difficult for me from that place to spacehold with full clarity. I want to investigate my Rescuer. I am grateful for this opportunity.
